Square Muffin Basket

ARTS & CRAFTS -
Winter/Spring 2025

Don’t let the title fool you! The Square Muffin Basket has uses way beyond muffins. A perfect project for beginning weavers, participants will learn the basics of basketry while creating an attractive storage container for any room, or even for serving muffins! A selection of pre-dyed reed will be offered to add accents of color to the basket if desired.

Students should wear clothing that can get stained and bring an old towel to class. Some staining of the fingers and hands may occur when working with dyed reed. Participants may bring thin vinyl gloves to protect hands from staining if desired. Participants should expect to complete the project in 1 session.

All quality materials included.

Suitable for ages 14 and up.

"I took a basket class with Sue Domas a few years ago, and it was a great class. I learned a lot and I created a beautiful basket. She is excellent at making baskets and a great teacher!" Liz S.
