Mah Jongg For Beginners and Refreshers
This American version of Mah Jongg will start with a simplified game where players, pick up, discard and trade tiles to form an easy winning hand. Over the course of 4 weeks, we'll slowly add more tiles, increase the complexity of the winning hands (using National Mah Jongg League cards) and will talk about defense and sleuthing. Mah Jongg players enjoy bluffing, learn flexibility, and generally have a lot of fun. If you like card games, you'll probably love Mah Jongg.

Using only a palette knife, you will create a modern round impressionist-style painting, "September on Lake Champlain" Grab a friend for this fun evening and take home a masterpiece!All materials, including oil paints, are included in the fee. Option to paint an 8" round or 8X8 square will be available. Please bring a box or container to transport your masterpiece as oil paints take a long time to dry.Wear clothing that may get dirty, and feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage!No previous art experience necessary.
