This will be an all levels fitness class focusing on building safe and effective full body strengthening routines. The goal is for you to leave each class with a sequence of exercises that you can rotate through to create a long term fitness plan.
Exercises will be shown at a variety of levels with modifications as needed. Options will be provided using body weight, free weights, and resistance bands.
Please bring bands to class. You can purchase a set from Dick's Sporting Goods if you don't already have your own.
Please arrive wearing clothing you can move in, along with indoor shoes, a water bottle and a small towel.
Beca Meryman is a Physical Therapist, mother of two young children, wife, yoga enthusiast, and outdoor lover. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont after traveling for several years rock climbing, cycling, running, and doing yoga. She and her husband settled in Hinesburg in 2023 after living in various towns throughout Vermont.
She is excited to participate in the ACCESS CVU program and get to know more people in the community.
