This yoga class moves slowly and with intention so that the student can focus on being in the present moment. The integration of breath while holding poses for longer periods of time allows students the option to go deeper in a pose or find more softness.
Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Bring your mat and water bottle, as well as blocks and strap (towel), if available. We will have some yoga mats & blocks available to borrow.
