Getting Your Writing Published

Fall/Winter 2025

Ready to share your writing with the world? Whether you're dabbling in short stories or have a complete manuscript under your belt, understanding the next steps are crucial. In this class, we'll define and explore each step of the publication process and the different pathways available to you, including literary magazines, agents, querying, publishing houses, and more!

No previous experience required. 

This course is recommended for adult writers, high school and above. A notebook and writing implement are recommended for notes-no other materials are required.

Victoria Bissonette

TORI BISSONETTE (she/her) is a published writer with a BS in Secondary Education (English concentration) and an MFA in Creative Writing from Arcadia University, where she taught as adjunct faculty. She serves as an Editor at For Page & Screen Magazine and worked previously as an Associate Editor at Marathon Literary Magazine.
