Reiki Okuden or Second Degree Reiki, builds upon the foundational teachings and practices learned in Reiki Shoden (Level I). This course deepens the practitioner’s connection to Reiki energy and expands its practical application. Students are introduced to the traditional Reiki symbols, their meanings, and appropriate uses, including mental/emotional Reiki and distance Reiki. Emphasis is placed on developing focus, intention, energetic awareness, and ethical responsibility, while continuing Reiki as a complementary wellness practice.

Sara White is a certified Reiki Master and teacher with 20 years of experience in the practice of Reiki. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, she helps students and clients tap into their natural energy flow, fostering balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Sara first experienced Reiki in 2005, and after experiencing its transformative effects on her own emotional and physical health she trained in the traditional Usui Reiki system, earning her Master Teacher certification through the teachings of Mary Ellen Alberti. Since then, Sara has dedicated herself to offering Reiki healing sessions and facilitating workshops that empower individuals to embrace their own healing potential.
Sara specializes in self-empowerment and stress reduction. Her teaching style is nurturing and focused on creating a supportive environment where students can deepen their connection to their inner wisdom and healing energy.
