Essentrics® is a full-body workout program that helps improve posture and balance through a dynamic and fluid combination of stretching and strengthening. The program rebalances the body, increasing flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.
An Essentrics® session, set to motivating music, provides a full-body, weight-free workout that works to unlock the joints and release tight muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and wear clothes that are comfortable to move in.
Beth Comolli has been practicing Essentrics® for three years and teaching for a year and a half. She received her Level 1 Essentrics® teaching certification in January 2025 and currently is working on Level 2. She grew up in Barre, Vermont and now lives in a co-housing community in Charlotte with her husband whom she met in an aerobics class many years ago. Beth is excited to offer this class so that others can experience for themselves the benefits she has realized – greater flexibility, greater ease of movement, improved posture, and a new sense of well-being.
