There's a lot that goes into a good night's sleep! Let's dive into the nutrition strategies and lifestyle factors that can help your brain and body power down for a deeper, more restful night sleep. 

We'll discuss what to eat and when and how to strengthen your circadian rhythm.

This class will meet online via Zoom. An invite will be emailed a day or two before the class starts.

I’m Juliet, a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and the founder of Nutrition Riot, a practice that exists to help you resolve digestive symptoms, tame inflammation, and rebalance hormones, so you can get back to doing the things you love. I firmly believe that our health starts with real, whole foods & changing our diet can have a massive impact on how we feel & show up in the world.

I work with clients to untangle their constellation of digestive, immune, hormonal & adrenal symptoms and I use functional lab testing to better understand the underlying imbalances & dysfunction at the root of the matter. I have a bio-individual (which means your body and your needs are unique) and weight-neutral (which means changing your size or shape is not my priority) approach to wholly support my clients throughout the process.
