We will discuss the beneficial health properties of some popular medicinal mushrooms and learn how to incorporate them into your daily life. We will be making a Nourishing Mushroom Elixir, Mushroom Bliss Bites, a Medicinal Mushroom Extract, and a Savory Mushroom Hummus. There will be many recipes to take home and satisfy your new mushroom obsession!

Kelley Robie, of Horsetail Herbs, is a practicing Herbalist, Certified Iridologist, and Animal Communicator with a degree in Animal Science from the University of Vermont. She provides Herbal, Nutritional, Bio-Energy Analysis and Iridology consultations for people, pets and equine companions. She teaches herbal classes in the community, teaches an Eight-Month Herbal Apprenticeship program in Milton and has her own line of animal flower essences & herbal medicinals. She sells over 250 bulk herbs, makes capsules, tinctures and herbal formulas for the community from her Milton shop and provides herbal medicine for local Vermont naturopathic doctors.
