Prepare the most well known potato based gnocchi, make Giuseppe Verde’s favorite, ricotta and spinach, and finally create Adele's favorite, the parmesan cheese gnocchi made with semolina flour. Add some Del’ Amore Sauce, some salad, and mange!

Adele grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Adele teaches a variety of classes for Access and as well as private classes about cooking Italian classics.
