Join Adele for this class on italian sauces for both dried and fresh pasta. You will begin with Adele's very simple red sauce to which you can add meat if desired. This will be rounded out with a selection of vegetarian choices: a creamy Alfredo, an alla Norma sauce with eggplant, and finally a mushroom sauce.
Add a salad and we will all enjoy a family style meal before heading home with leftovers.

Adele grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Adele teaches a variety of classes for Access and as well as private classes about cooking Italian classics.
