Galettes: Free Form Pastry Deliciousness

Come learn about this French tradition of a rich free-form pastry crust which is filled and can be taken in a sweet or savory direction. In this class you will learn to make this special crust with a savory Vermont twist, cheddar cheese. And the filling will be fresh tomatoes. 

You will enjoy a complete meal together with an inventive salad. Each participant will take home a crust to make at home at your leisure, sweet or savory as you wish.

Adele Dienno

Adele grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Adele teaches a variety of classes for Access and as well as private classes about cooking Italian classics.
