Join Heather for a six week series of vinyasa flow yoga, suitable for all levels. Come enjoy a Vinyasa style flow designed to warm, stretch, work, and restore at the end of a long day. Give yourself the gift of yoga breathing, movement and meditation as we shift and settle more deeply into Fall.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy. We'll also have some mats available to borrow.
This class will meet in person at CVU.
Heather has been practicing yoga in many styles since 2000, during her first year of medical school. Having spent most of her life dancing, movement has long been the way she makes sense of the world. She became a RYT 200 in 2019, completing her training at Yoga Roots in Shelburne, VT. Heather loves the way yoga practice allows her to find something unexpected, a different feeling or perspective as she moves through Asana/movement practice. She works to provide this environment and experience for her students in each class.
