Join Adele for a productive and delicious evening.
This is a participatory baking class. A small group of 3-4 students will work together at each cooking station to complete the recipes on the night's menu.

Adele grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Adele teaches a variety of classes for Access and as well as private classes about cooking Italian classics.
