Etch Your Own Glassware

ARTS & CRAFTS -
Fall/Winter 2025

Glass etching is the process of making glass look “frosted”. Sisters, Betsey Dempsey and Deb Rooney will teach you how to create an etched design on glassware.

Students will choose stencils and two glass pieces to create their very own personalized designs that they will bring home at the end of class. The final projects make great gifts!

For students aged 13 and older.

This class involves the use of an x-acto knife and etching cream, an acid based product. Safety glasses and gloves will be provided. Note: Those very sensitive to any minor chemical odor might avoid this class.
