This is a participatory cooking class. Students will work in pairs to make a roll that will then be shared. Let us know during registration if you are gluten free.
Adele grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Adele teaches a variety of classes for Access and as well as private classes about cooking Italian classics.
