Join Heather for a four week series, exploring yoga asana (postures), breathing, and meditation. This class will feature asana to warm you up, with breathing exercises throughout to improve clarity, we will end with a short meditation to help you clear your mind and feel ready for your next day. Feel good in body, mind, and spirit!

This class is suitable for all levels.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy. We'll also have some mats available to borrow.
Heather has been practicing yoga in many styles since 2000, during her first year of medical school. Having spent most of her life dancing, movement has long been the way she makes sense of the world. She became a RYT 200 in 2019, completing her training at Yoga Roots in Shelburne, VT. Heather loves the way yoga practice allows her to find something unexpected, a different feeling or perspective as she moves through Asana/movement practice. She works to provide this environment and experience for her students in each class.
