Kriya Yoga, as taught by Lish, is a fun, not too serious approach to yoga. Each 90-minute session is excellent for joint mobility and tones the digestive, nervous, immune, and endocrine systems.
Experienced yogis, beginners and the not so flexible are all welcome at this beneficial practice. Bring a yoga mat, water, and something to sit on.
