Watercolor Studio with Ginny Joyner

Winter/Spring 2024

With 35 hours of instruction and 14 sessions, Ginny will supervise this studio style class and help you master your watercolor techniques!  Improve your color palette and brush techniques as you work on more challenging class projects as well as your own projects.   Each 2.5 hour session will take place in the visual art space at CVU.

This course is designed for watercolor painters who have taken watercolor classes previously and are comfortable working independently and with some guided instruction.  This is also great class to connect with other watercolor enthusiasts within artistic community!

Need a new supply kit? Option to add on a new kit, worth $50, at the time of registration.

This class will meet inside CVU.

Ginny Joyner

Ginny Joyner began her career as an artist at a very early age, decorating her parent's furniture and walls with her lovely crayon drawings. She was told that paper was a more acceptable surface on which to create pictures and has since been pleased to find that people enjoy her work.

"I have always been drawn to intricately patterned objects, natural and man-made, from butterfly wings, vibrant flowers and complicated seashells to European and Oriental porcelain, pastries, shoes and even the humble apple core."
