Torrone are light and delicate candies filled with nuts; with a little time and some hands-on experience, you will want to make these treats on an annual basis and really not difficult to make. These candies are made with fresh eggs, sugar and delicate flavors surrounded with rice paper. The smaller class size will allow you to master the techniques.
