"Zumba with Dillon offers a fun cardio experience with some strength and stability woven in. I appreciate that there are lots of access points for a wide range of fitness and dance / style levels. Dillon is a pro!" "Dillon is a really fun and energetic instructor, and a great dancer, too! The music is fabulous, and he swaps out a song or two periodically (even had a cool Halloween mix!), which keep class interesting. He offers options during the class for low and high impact, too. Will take his class again!"- KD
