Gentle Evening Yoga with Ellen


DANCE, YOGA & MINDFUL MOVEMENT -
Winter/Spring 2026

This gentle yoga class is a meditative, fluid, and soothing class suitable for all levels. Students will experience slow movements to warm the body and release stress and muscular tension, breathing techniques to support the nervous system, and simple postures to help build strength and stability. 

Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Bring your mat and water bottle, as well as blocks and strap (towel) if needed. We will have some yoga mats and blocks available to borrow.

Ellen Talbert


Ellen received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training certificate from the University of Vermont’s Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2013. She maintains a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200 designation with Yoga Alliance. Today, Ellen has over 1000 teaching hours and has worked with hundreds of unique individuals. She enjoys helping students realize their potential through developing a greater mind, body, and spiritual connection.
