Throughout the day, the heat of your skin diffuses the oils while you wear the bracelet and you have the benefit of aromatherapy on the go! Learn how to make your own mala bead necklace with gemstones, lava, rudraksha and wooden beads. Mala bead necklaces have 108 beads and a tassel and are used to count mantras when meditating. When not being used as a tool, these necklaces symbolize our intent and presence through the power of their gemstones.
