Intro to Kickboxing - OUTSIDEAre you interested in changing up your fitness routine? Kickboxing will give you a full-body workout, build your self-defense skills, and increase your self-confidence. Without contact, learn the basics of punching, kicking, knee strikes, and elbow strikes from the experts, all while getting in a great cardio. Please wear supportive sneakers and comfortable workout attire, and bring a water bottle. This class will meet outside on the CVU grounds. Please wear a mask to checkin at the Welcome Desk at the front of the CVU main entrance 10 minutes before the start of class to go thru COVID screening.
