Do you ever climb into bed at the end of the day with a sense of not knowing exactly what just happened? Would you like to bring more conscious awareness into your daily life? Are you interested in learning some mindfulness techniques that could help you feel more present in your life rather than being on auto-pilot? Join Maggie Mae Anderson in this four week class designed to bring mindfulness and meditation into your daily life. Whether washing the dishes, helping your kids get their shoes on or going for a hike, there are simple ways we can bring more awareness, appreciation and joy into our day-to-day activities. Each class will start with a few minutes of mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation and then a discussion about ways we can bring such things as loving kindness, compassion, appreciation and equanimity into our lives on a regular basis. This class will leave you with simple techniques that you can start to incorporate into your life immediately.
