Join Heather for a four week series of vinyasa flow yoga. This class will allow you to explore arm balances and see how strong you can feel after practicing. We will work on a few arm balances, using variations, and even work on Bakasana (Crow Pose), for those of you who’d like to try.
This series is intended for those with experience as well as the true beginner.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy. We'll also have some mats available to borrow.

Heather has been practicing yoga in many styles since 2000, during her first year of medical school. Having spent most of her life dancing, movement has long been the way she makes sense of the world. She became a RYT 200 in 2019, completing her training at Yoga Roots in Shelburne, VT. Heather loves the way yoga practice allows her to find something unexpected, a different feeling or perspective as she moves through Asana/movement practice. She works to provide this environment and experience for her students in each class.
