Harvest Basket: Two-Handled Lading Round

The “Two-Handled Lading Round” Harvest Basket is a sturdy, two-handled basket built to carry everything from clothes to crops. With a tightly woven and dense double-bottom, the “Two-Handled Lading Round” is certain to be a useful and robust basket for daily use. All high-quality materials are be responsibly sourced and included in the fee. This is a three-session course.

Benjamin P Mayock

Benjamin Mayock is a basket maker, sound designer and videographer living and working in Northwestern Vermont. Using fundamentals drawn from the Shaker tradition, his baskets are often designed for a specific or distinct use. Unless indicated otherwise, Benjamin’s classes will use rattan reed as the material for the basket's structure.
