Viviane Levy
Viviane Levy grew up in Cairo, Egypt, attended a French school, and moved to the US at age 21. Her love for Mediterranean food and her interest in nutrition led her to test recipes on her colleagues and friends. At UVM Medical Alumni & Development Viviane coordinated medical reunions and special events, and after early retirement did some catering from home. For the past several years, she has taught cooking classes at CVU through the Access Community Education program.
